Upon completion of the STOP HIV/AIDS Structured Learning Collaborative and the HIV Continuum of Care Collaborative, teams transitioned to the HIV Quality Improvement Network to support teams to sustain their changes and continue to close gaps across the continuum of care in a less intensive way.
