Measurement for improvement is an important part of participation in the Interior BOOST Collaborative. Measurement tells us if we are improving and reaching our aims, helps teams communicate about their improvement efforts, and ultimately demonstrate the impact on the community.

To facilitate the process of selecting interventions by teams participating in the Interior BOOST Collaborative, the BOOST core team has developed two resources: a Driver Diagram (a graphic to illustrate factors that contribute to the overall BOOST aims) and a Change Package (a listing of interventions for consideration by TOP teams to test in working towards reaching their individualized aims).
