The Provincial BOOST Collaborative Launch is an opportunity to bring together participating teams from across the province to network, learn from each other, and focus on improving care and health outcomes for people living with opioid use disorder. Teams will be oriented on the overall project aims and expectations. Through interactive exercises, teams will become familiar with quality improvement methodology and the specifics of how to measure for improvement and how to report and share their results. Aside from our group learning, the Launch will include a number of speakers from various backgrounds, including organizational leaders, key stakeholders, individuals affected by opioid use disorder, front-line care providers, and experts in the fields of Addiction Medicine and Quality Improvement.
