HIV Quality Improvement Network

We are welcoming all HIV Quality Improvement Network members - inclusive of all past participants of the HIV Continuum of Care Collaborative and the STOP HIV/AIDS Collaborative - back to Vancouver for another Learning Session on November 24th 2015. The session will provide an opportunity for members to learn, share, and connect with provincial partners while focusing on interventions for key populations being left behind, and making further plans to continue to close gaps across the HIV Continuum of Care.

Learning objectives for Learning Session 5 are to: (1) Understand local and provincial quality gaps across the HIV continuum of care to identify improvement opportunities, (2) Learn from people living with HIV, experts, and peers to have gathered new ideas for improvement and inspiration for moving forward; (3) Meet or reconnect with provincial partners to facilitate care coordination and ongoing peer-to-peer support; and (4) Develop a plan for moving forward with change and improvement.

Please ensure you have managerial support before completing the registration form and note funds are available to support travel. If you have questions about criteria and eligibility to access travel supports, please contact aprado@cfenet.ubc.ca
