The BOOST Collaborative Launch is an opportunity to bring all participating teams and their members together for an opportunity to network, learn from each other, and get to work on our plans for improving care for people living with opioid use disorder. First, we will orient teams to the overall project aims and expectations. Through interactive exercises, we will then develop team-specific aims and plans for testing change ideas. Teams will become familiar with the specifics of how we can measure for improvement (using our Guide to Measurement), and how we will report and share our results.  Aside from our group exercises, we will hear from a number of speakers, including organizational leaders, key stakeholders, families of those affected by opioid use disorder, front-line care providers, and experts in the fields of Addiction Medicine and Quality Improvement.
